Our e-commerce fulfillment processes are paperless and our hand-held radio-frequency barcode scanners provide real-time visibility into the supply chain (e.g. order acknowledgements, ship notifications, and tracking information), which can subsequently be relayed to your end consumers. Our reseller customers are provided access to our ERP order management system to address Where-Is-My-Order (WISMO) requests from its customers and will also receive real-time updates regarding inbound due dates for out of stock items.
